We’re excited to announce…(drum roll, please)…Cre8ive Real Estate Photography! After some time, real estate photography has claimed it’s own title within the Cre8ive family. Equipped with full frame cameras and wide angle lenses we are able to capture all the good details of a home that catch the attention of home buyers. When looking for a home, buyers will browse through potentially hundreds of pages of homes. Therefore, we know it is necessary for a home to have a strong first impression just to get a second glance. That’s where we come in!
Last week, we worked alongside realtor Larissa Cable, to capture the beauty of this family home on 62nd street. As seen in the photos, the family is still living in this home. However, even with furniture, there is so much open space! From a photography standpoint, this house made our job easy. The updated kitchen and flooring caught our attention right away. But the highlight of the home was definitely the extra building in the backyard. Not only did it have a garage door for a vehicle but it also had an extra bedroom on the bottom floor and storage at the top. The owners said that’s what sold them on it when they purchased it, and we can understand why. This family has taken good care of the home and updated along the way. We can’t see this one staying on the market for long!
